I've been hearing lots of complaints from family members from Provo to Salt Lake aboiut the cold and snow this Winter. My son said they had ice covering every side walk and street on the BYU campus last week. He said he ate pavement 3 times and the last one was the most spectacular. He fell and slid down into an underground parking garage on his back! He's still black and blue from his little joy ride! My brother-in-law was visiting in S.L. the week before and slipped and fell on the ice. After a painful plane ride back home he ended up in the ER. Yup ...broke his elbow in 2 places. This is why I wonder if I could ever move back to the land of my birth?!? I've lived in the South for so long I don't think I could handle the snow, ice or cold anymore. I may have to leave it to hardier souls like yourself.
